There is now an exciting opportunity to join our team and work with a nationally recognised Digital Agency as an Account Director. You will have further opportunities to continue your career as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will join our small and targeted sales team reporting directly to a Company Director. This role will require you to build and maintain relationships with clients (new and old), through self prospecting and in depth project management.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Dealing with selected inbound leads
  • Self prospecting new leads
  • Planning cross platform digital strategies, including budgets and forecasting.
  • Write proposals, pitch and tender documents.
  • Presenting to clients professionally.
  • Conducting performance evaluations using key metrics identified by the relevant service line manager and using this insight to provide recommendations and improvements.
  • Creating and managing digital projects from brief to delivery.
  • Understanding client requirements to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
  • Ensure all service SLA’s are met.
  • Resolve any client issues to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders

Skills

  • A background in eCommerce (Highly Desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
  • A great understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or other relevant software (e.g Google Docs)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership ability
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
