There is now an exciting opportunity to join our team and work with a nationally recognised Digital Agency as a Business Development Manager. You will have further opportunities to continue your career as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will join our highly targeted sales team in which you will be primarily responsible for driving business growth. This will in the most part be done by self prospecting business and generating interest from new brands offering the wide variety of results proven services offered by Everything Digital.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Creating/developing monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans, including sales targets and growth projections.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Call/Video meet existing and potential clients to build positive relationships
  • Liaise with colleagues in different departments to ensure sales and marketing strategies are harmonious.
  • Prepare and present financial projections and sales targets
  • Attending events such as network exhibitions and other conferences 
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Producing reports for management


  • A background in eCommerce (Highly Desirable)
  • A drive to seek and close new business
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT Skills including MS Office or other relevant software (e.g. Google Docs)
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Project Management ability
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to write reports well
